2026-2027 Leadership Class

The Susan Stanton Leadership Academy was created to empower and elevate emerging women leaders in commercial real estate through mentorship, sponsorship, leadership development, and meaningful industry connections.

​

Designed for high-potential professionals ready to grow their influence and accelerate their careers, the Academy combines executive-level sponsorship with immersive leadership programming focused on business acumen, communication, negotiation, personal branding, financial confidence, and executive presence.

​

Participants are paired with influential industry sponsors who actively invest in their growth while engaging in monthly workshops and leadership experiences from August 2026 through April 2027. More than a leadership program, the Academy is a powerful community of women committed to supporting one another and shaping the future of commercial real estate together.

Through the generous support of the Susan Stanton Foundation and our industry partners, tuition for the program is heavily subsidized. Participant investment is $1,000 for a program experience valued at more than $9,500.

  • Come prepared to meetings

  • Be open and honest on goals, expectations, challenges, and concerns

  • Attend ​monthly leadership workshops on Friday mornings in the Denver metro area

  • Assume responsibility for acquiring or improving skills
