The mission of the Susan Stanton Leadership Academy is to empower, develop and advance opportunities for emerging female leaders in the commercial real estate industry through mentorship, coaching and sponsorship.

 

The Program

More than a typical mentorship program, the academy connects emerging female leaders with influential sponsors who will invest their knowledge, connections, and business savvy to promote the advancement of individuals into meaning roles. The academy will also include an 8-month program that provides insight and leadership development experiences focused on skill development, networking, and industry-specific strategies to advance one’s career.
